They were contacted by insurance roadside assistance. Two and one half hours later, one hour after initial eta, we were informed that they could not complete the task. Middle of bfe, car immobilized, a no up front would have been better.

This provider was dispatched for a tow at 8:30pm at night as we had TWO flat tires. We were told 90 minutes. 2 hours later we contact our insurance again to check on the status of the tow truck, the insurance then tried calling the tow provider five times and received no answer and response. We also called the number provided and it rang once and went to someone’s personal voicemail. This number is also the number provided on the businesses voicemail for ‘24 hour tow service’ so at this point I type this as we are sitting on the side of the road at 11:30pm I’m the pouring rain and dark while our insurance tries to find another tow provider to come out. The most unprofessional foolishness I have ever experienced. Thank you for leaving us stranded with two small kids for hours!

My vehicle was repaired here by sheer convenience and because of price. Regrettably, the low price was not worth it. Apparently back in June/July when my vehicle was there, they had lost their paint and body guy, first off, what paint and body shop only has 1 guy? That's odd in itself. They had my car, and gave me no updates, until I called about a week later and and they told me what was happening, that is unprofessional in and of itself. We were stuck walking or using public transit to most places during this time, no rental or loaner vehicle because they couldn't get us one. Fast forward a slight bit, it takes weeks, not days to get our vehicle back, when I go pick it up, there is damage to an entirely unrelated area of the car. Apparently they pressure washed the car and flaked the paint in a different area. Then tried to claim the factory paint job, 16yrs old, was shoddy, which makes no sense since I'm sure if the paint job was bad from factory that in 16yrs the vehicle would have had horrible spots just like otherwise. I let that go though,as the area they worked on appeared to look good. Fast forward to just tonight, Feb 11 2020. The area they worked on is less than 8 mont
